Private Capital

New Iceland Advisors advises Icelandic private equity and venture capital funds seeking capital from institutional and accredited investors in the United States. Our work includes investor identification, introductions and support throughout the fundraising process.

U.S. Market Access

New Iceland Advisors advises Icelandic public companies seeking access to U.S. investors through OTC Markets. Where eligible, companies may use their existing Icelandic reporting and disclosures to establish a U.S. market presence while retaining their primary listing in Iceland. We assist with the application and coordinate the process with OTC Markets.

Iceland ETF

GlacierShares: The Nasdaq Iceland ETF

We own and operate GlacierShares, the Icelandic sponsor of the GlacierShares Nasdaq Iceland ETF (Nasdaq: GLCR). GLCR is the first U.S.-listed ETF focused on Icelandic equities and is available through U.S. brokerage accounts.
